"Sympathy Jones the Musical" by Masi Asare and Brooke Pierce. A high schooler herself at this time, Evangeline organized this production by, for, and with her peers while they all were on summer vacation; "Sympathy Jones the Musical" by Masi Asare and Brooke Pierce. This production was purposefully created to be affordable and accessible to all local high school youth who were interested in being involved - most other youth theaters in the area costed upwards of $300 to be involved in, and this production costed $0-$30 to per participant. Their pooled funds paid for rights to the show, set construction, props, and costumes. The company performed for approximately 80 patrons on July 9th and 10th, 2015.
